Director, Integrated Analytics, Bundling and PME
Consumer payments are rapidly evolving in North America, with multiple new solutions and market entrants. Mastercard is constantly looking for opportunities to leverage new innovations & technologies to extend our digital services and create new value for our customers.
As Director, Integrated Analytics, Bundling and PME this position reports directly into the EVP, Core Products for North America.
Champion the Product Management Excellence (PME) discipline across Core Products
Drive adoption of the PME framework and tools across Core Products and instill the cultural change
Drive the regional Peer Review and Gating including Core Products, Digital Payments & Labs, Enterprise Security Solutions and Processing
Develop and implement plan to report PME metrics
Collaborate with all Mastercard functions engaged in Product Management to develop and enhance PME tools including the Product Management Framework, Product Management Guide, Market Readiness Assessment and others (e.g. Product, Marketing, LFI, O&T, Finance, Delivery)
Collaborate with the global strategy, analytics, Bundling and PME organization to have regional priorities alignment, bundling roadmap requirements and leveraging integrated analytics to enhance product strategies and roadmaps
Provide and track regional input to the global bundling roadmap to ensure regional priorities are delivered
Develop and implement plan to increase discipline on Run phase including developing and packaging performance metrics, Product Plans and Product Reviews
Partner with Global Core Products Strategy & Operations Group to embed and leverage data analytics capabilities
Collaborate with Sales Effectiveness team to enable sales team through salesforce.com Product Catalog
Evaluate and implement Product Lifecycle Management tools across all core products with key benchmarks
Understanding of the full suite of data sources being used and/or available within the global analytics organization
Be a more strategic partner to all Core product verticals to deliver robust, data-based insights to improve product profitability, track initiatives and measure ongoing business health
Responsible for project management including project in-take and portfolio reporting of key Core Products new product development initiatives
All About You
Business experience in product management, product development, analytics, process improvements
Experience in strategy development and execution, new product innovation, development and implementation, and product management
Demonstrated thought leadership in product management
Ability to influence and lead others by example through strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Experienced change agent leading culture change across large organization
Strong project management skills and ability to coach others on project management
Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
Ability to oversee multiple projects and initiatives concurrently
