Director, Digital and Social Marketing
Global Digital Marketing is at the center of Mastercards overarching digital marketing strategy. We set the vision and closely collaborate with regional partners and many areas across the organization to influence and evangelize that vision. Global Digital Marketings focus also spans website governance, content strategy, analytics, user experience and social marketing. We continue to strive toward innovation, personalization, future-proofing and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.

Are you passionate about digital marketing strategies and new and innovative ways to approach them?
Do you have strong relationship building and influencing skills?
Do have experience in web design and UX?
Do you have experience creating a content strategy for a global organization?
Able to manage complex web design and development projects with solid knowledge of design, content and UX
Experience leading large scale enterprise wide initiatives involving many stakeholders, many who are very senior
Oversees execution of digital strategies that propel Mastercard brand further into the digital and social ecosystem
Devises digital programs and leads digital innovation in marketing
Provides recommendation on digital marketing channels to leverage for greatest impact based on research and analysis
Translates high-level direction into desired specifications for all online web properties
Oversees digital partnership development process including evaluating partners, contract negotiation, and providing contract support
Leverages own networks in digital community to keep abreast of new technologies and trends
Advances organization's thought leadership efforts by educating others, both internally and externally with stakeholders; acts as a subject matter expert
Determines opportunities for cross-functional alignment between Marketing and other families, e.g., Communications and Technology
Oversees parts of Digital budget to ensure that all projects, programs, and activities are within allocated budget

Demonstrated success in leading large scale projects, that span a global, highly matrixed organization
Demonstrated success in overseeing in planning and executing user experience design and usability tests
Demonstrated success in leading platform development and integration, including overseeing implementation of
CMS (content management systems), digital analytics suite, social media management platforms and digital video distribution
