Overview

• Accountable for program logistics and supports the implementation of all learning & development initiatives for the global sales organization

• Scales programs/products for local implementation in all geographies

• Learning programs/products include building management capabilities/expertise, functional knowledge and strategic capabilities

• Acts as logistical and administrative support to the Sales learning and development team on all strategic learning programs such as Product Knowledge Certification, Fast Start to Sales, Digital in a Day, Country Manager program, C-Suite Conversations, and Sales Tools (e.g., Salesforce.com) programming

• Provides support to other learning and development teams as capacity allows

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing and administering approved program components, assists with basic troubleshooting and owns all related product/program aspects under the leadership of the learning consultant or program manager

• Assists in collecting information about learning needs, pain points and expectations both before and post-program implementation

• Assists with the contract management process; works with vendors to complete SOWs and tracks invoices against the budget

• Interfaces with vendors to ensure service delivery meets time, budget and quality guidelines and flags potential issues

• Coordinates LMS processes and reports on program capacity, accessibility, popularity

• Responsible for workshop logistics (e.g., handling, facilities management, catering, deliverable creation and distribution etc.)

• Assists with sales program administration, system management, list management, tracking, reporting and recognition

• Administers the Sales Academy mailbox for program invitations, communications, questions, issues and responses

Experiences

• Exposure to learning & development program/product administration

• Demonstrated basic knowledge of learning and development processes, products and programs

• Exposure to list management, survey administration and engagement data analysis

• A lot of coordination and aligning, collaborating with multiple stakeholders in multiple geographies

• Exposure to supporting new technology platforms, tools or reporting solutions

• Exposure to direct sales, sales support or sales technologies (Salesforce.com)
