The North America region is one of Mastercard’s largest markets, responsible for the company's customer-facing activities in the United States and Canada, including sales, business development, strategy and relationship management with issuers, merchants, digital partners, governments and acquirers.
The Mastercard Launch program is aimed at early career talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience. Over a period of 18 months, Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on the job experience.
NAM Cyber and Intelligence (C&I) is the product management function for a large suite of Mastercard's cybersecurity products. Mastercard's Identity Solutions represent a set of capabilities that offer a more accurate, 360-degree view of its customers. These solutions help build a more flexible and people-centric approach to digital identity, one that instills confidence and trust for everyone.
The Authentication market in NAM is rapidly evolving. Mastercard has a number of legacy and newly launched assets that are providing value to stakeholders on all ends of the payments ecosystem.
This Launch hire will have the opportunity to own and manage 2 primary projects with an additional set of rotating responsibilities. These projects will be vital to enhancing the utility and efficacy of the 3DS Authentication Network and related assets, e.g., Ekata.
3DS Issuer Optimization Scaling: taking an ad hoc and inefficient process and designing a repeatable data-driven backend, as well implementing a recurring engagement model with CAM teams and effectively delivering optimization materials to issuing clients
3DS Merchant Business Development Efforts: re-designing data-driven approach to merchant 3DS opportunity analyses; focus on emerging use cases for EMV 3DS, including ID Check Insights, Smart Authentication for Merchants, DTI 3rd Byte, and Omni-Channel engagement with Industry bodies

Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills required
Strong Interpersonal skills and a boas for action required
Some level of exposure to 2 or more of these is ideal (SQL, STATA, Hadoop, Tableau, DOMO, or similar programs)Sense of urgency and accountability in meeting internal/customer demands
Ability to manage multiple priorities, independently and proactively
