Overview

The Enterprise and Risk Compliance Techology team is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to drive our internal customer experience strategy forward in Goveranance Risk and Compliance (GRC) area by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the internal partners experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role

In this role, you will:

• Assist with all aspects of the software development life cycle. Responsible for gathering, understanding, and analysis of business requirements for new applications and modules.

• Identify opportunities to improve user experience, solve problems and provide support to end users.

• Should have the strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and deep understanding of best development standards

• Be able to understand and demonstarte the deep knowledge of GRC platforms

• Design and develop complex applications by writing advanced software code, systems to system interfaces, integrations, and complete software solutions.

• Responsible for testing, and quality assurance of the product to ensure that any new or modified components properly adhere to MasterCard’s standards. Create unit, functional and integration tests.

All About You

• Advanced working experience with RSA Archer 6.5 and above.

• Hands on experience with developing custom objects using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and API integrations.

• Intermediate working knowledge of Advanced Workflows.

• Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly.

• Be skilled at investigating and resolving potential problems/issues on their own.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business owners and other cross functional teams across MasterCard.
