Senior Technical Program Manager

Providing Innovative, Secure, and Reliable Switching Solutions is the lifeblood of Mastercard Core Products, we are currently seeking a passionate, collaborative, and experienced software engineer to join the Payment Networks Team.

Overview of the Role:

• Working as Technical Program Manager for special projects required collobration with multiple teams.

• Working as Release Train Engineer and running Scrum of Scrum.

• Responsible for planning, execution, and delivery, from inception to completion of Projects

• Build and maintain integrated project schedules that account for internal/external dependencies, differing delivery approaches, numerous constraints, and adequately factor in contingency for unplanned delays.

• Proactively manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering work through the organization and all dependent organizations, reporting out progress, ensuring dependencies are covered, overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing all blocking issues leading to a successful delivery.

• Clearly articulate scope, timelines, dependencies, owners, actions, risks, and mitigations.

All About You

The ideal candidate for this position should:

• Scrum certification / PMP will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of Safe agile or Scrum of Scrum is a must.

• Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate project goal, and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders.

• Good Presentation Skills.

• Leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills required with a track record for developing internal and external relationships
