Overview

VSCA (VCN Spend Controls & Alerts) is designed to simplify and automate the exchange of payments-related data between the world’s Buyers and Suppliers, a fundamental part of Mastercard's Commercial Solutions, enabling some of our largest customers to issue Virtual Cards to securely manage and report on Travel, Expense & Supplier transactions. Focused on secure, highly available and innovative solutions, this dynamic team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base.

The Role

•Liaise between the business and technical teams, translating customer needs into features, identifying possible solutions, and defining project requirements

•Analyse business, data, and system interface requirements for roadmap features, system integrations, software maintenance items, or specific customer requests.

•Work with development teams, software architects, product management, and external groups to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and the software application context.

•Support development of user and release documentation

•Recognizes and escalates trends in key business problems in association with internal customers and contributes ideas for improvement

•Mentor other PM-Ts with the organisation

About You

•Experience in requirements gathering and relationship building with business clients and internal customers

•Proven Agile experience with a track record of being able to lead project teams, collaborate with business partners and other stakeholders

•Experience working with RESTful interfaces

•Finance or Payment Industry experience

•Proven ability to align business strategy to software requirements

•Proven experience working with Software Engineering teams to collaboratively deliver working software.

•Demonstrated ability to understand complex software systems, and communicate effectively with technical specialists.

•Proven capacity to balance your work across multiple projects/work streams while still meeting deadlines.

•Ability to communicate clearly to all stakeholders from product, operational, architecture and development sides

•Third-level qualifications in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
