Overview

In this role, you will help lead key business projects, adapting and architecting our infrastructure to support on-premise deployments of our product. Our Network Engineers have the opportunity to build a long-term and exciting career in a dynamic technology oriented and rapidly growing organization.

Role

• Adapting, configuring, and deploying a self-contained version of our existing product deployment.

• Troubleshooting network deployments, which may require analyzing different network devices and data points.

• Documenting, verifying, and implementing changes in a live production network

• Interacting/supporting systems with complex production workloads (VMWare, Hyper-V, Azure, SQL, and Citrix)

• Managing and configure network devices from Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto, and Cloud providers.

• Work with internal stakeholders to provision, provide access, and troubleshoot various testing and production resources.

• Management and collaborating with multiple teams across geographies.

• Collaborating with DevOps engineers to resolve issues and to test new technologies.

• Participate in on-call rotations, responding to afterhours incidents in a timely manner.

All About You

• Strong sense of urgency and drive

• Experience working in a cross-geography team, coordinating efforts across time zones.

• Experience working in a networking environment with Microsoft Enterprise Products (Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory etc.)

• Strong experience in the Deployment/Configuration/Maintenance of networking technologies in a Private/Hybrid Cloud.

• Experience troubleshooting, and working with enterprise networking tools and technologies (NetScout, NetMRI, Splunk).

• Strong desire and prior experience automating common tasks.

• Experience deploying and supporting network tools as virtual machines an enterprise level/on cloud platform.

• Ability to solve complex problems both independently and in a team setting.

• Background on cloud native tooling and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Terraform, etc)

• Ability to balance competing tasks and prioritize

• Proven ability to communicate with team members effectively

• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of working in a flexible team environment

• Proven ability to build trust and partnership with stakeholders
