Job Title

Security Monitoring and Response Analyst II

This role reports to the Resilience Planning Director as a member of Mastercard’s Corporate Security Enterprise Resilience Team. Primarily responsible for driving and implementing Business Continuity Program for a critical Mastercard solutions, update configurations to resilience SaaS solutions and implementing continuity for associated offices, managers and teams. This ‘hands on’ execution role is expected to work independently, implementing both policy and procedures resilience practices and assisting with providing the global Enterprise Resilience capabilities.

Role:

 Work within the worldwide Enterprise Resilience team that performs Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management for Mastercard

 Implement Enterprise Resilience program structure to appropriate level ensuring standard controls and policy requirements can be achieved

 Perform configuration management for FusionRM and Everbridge SaaS solutions, by partnering with team members for success

 Assist in design and delivery of program metrics and dashboards for KPIs and KRIs

 Perform as a subject matter expert and set-up impact analysis, plans and exercise records within Fusion, including ensuring our company office and data center footprints are correct

 Train business partners on the program’s roles and responsibilities, and ensure all staff within the entity are knowledgeable of our requirements

 Quickly understand and partner with business and technical team members to implement program and support compliance in which our business entities operate worldwide

 Perform resilience activities for any of the three disciplines as needed (Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Technical Recovery), and participate in resilience projects

 Applying detailed quality assurance and support for your/our business and technology partners

 Partner with global Enterprise Resilience staff to understand location-specific crisis management and business continuity recovery procedures and standardization

 Provide ideas to/with management and team and Identify opportunities to implement process improvements

Experience & Qualifications:

 Experience in a Business Continuity Program or associated activities (impact analysis, planning, exercises) required

 Fusion and Everbridge product experience highly desirable

 Experience in designing and reporting on KPI and KRIs preferred

 Financial services experience advantageous

 Bachelor’s degree preferably related to Emergency Management, Information Technology or Business required

 Excellent written and spoken English language communication skills are a core requirement

 CBCI (Business Continuity Institute) or CBCP (DRI) accreditation or similar; more advanced accreditation advantageous
