Lead Technical Program Manager – Content Strategy

Overview:

• Drives strategic internal communications plans, programs and social technologies that align with business goals to inform stakeholders about department strategy, enhance technology strategy understanding, increase engagement and incorporate feedbacks

Responsibilities

• Writes, films, edits and guides production of content for multi-platform internal communications vehicles (e.g., corporate intranet, newsletters, videos, blogs, email announcements, webcasts)

• Independently develops content using a clear and concise writing style that is appropriate to audience, and guides others

• Develops and delivers self-service and webinar-based training, in collaboration with subject matter experts, for internal and external audiences

• Develops and plans the delivery of learning engagement and learning effectiveness surveys, directing implementation and post-implementation reporting to identify progress against set goals

• Tracks and reports internal metrics for employee engagement

• Creates infographics and other visual communications materials to tell compelling Mastercard story

• Contributes ideas on how to advance internal communications vehicles

. Manage or mentor one or two member team

Experiences

• Extensive experience working on large projects that require a high degree of collaboration with external stakeholders and colleagues across communications areas

• Acted in a manager capacity for data collection and standardization processes and leveraged findings in content creation

• Contributed recommendations to improve communications templates and platforms independently
