Role Purpose

To provide administrative support to the wider business operations, UK, Europe and parts of our Global processes. A large part of the role is supporting selling agents, taking inbound calls; covering core times of 08:00-22:00 UK time. There will be a requirement to work 1 in 3 weekends.

Please note this is a shift Pattern - 14:00-22:00 (1 in 3 weekends )

Key Accountabilities

Handling of inbound calls from all selling agents, in addition to email queries.

Perform E-Banking, ensuring all internet banking requests from customers are authorised and any errors are corrected.

Action all email queries from agents, and internal departments which relate to the Cash Passport sales, transactions and banking history.

Performing batch uploads and reloads of cards, and processing some manual payments.

Assist and process replacement of all cards globally.

Investigate failed transactions and anomalies raised from finance.

Assist with Corporate balance enquiry€™s providing detailed information for the Cardholders.

Assist worldwide clients with the batch uploading of funds within the required SLA€™s.

Process and log balance transfers and charity donation requests.

Assist with the approval of cardholder cash outs received from the Service Centre.

Process cardholder amendments on their accounts within the agreed SLA€™s.

Process all UK SC online orders to ensure they are distributed within the agreed SLA€™s.

To liaise with various technical and testing teams in order to test systems before launch.
