Job Title: Senior Specialist, Product Owner

Role:

This role drives the development of clearing and settlement products together with a broader team of SMEs within this domain.

You become the link between Nordic and International clients and our internal organizations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our product in close dialogue with our clients and other stakeholders. You will be a member of our Product team and play a key role in developing new innovative clearing and settlement solutions based on the latest technologies - across multiple countries.

This includes:

• Support our teams in developing new generic products and services – with a focus on creating standard products for multiple clients across our portfolio

• Work on both client-specific cases and R&D development

• Work closely together with our BAs and IT teams in developing and implementing solutions

• Create and maintain backlogs, participate in Scrum ceremonies etc.

• Approve functional testing and releases of new features with relevant stakeholder

• Become SME for specific areas of our business

• Support our product strategy – with a commercial focus in mind

• Contribute to roadmap work to drive the future backlog

• Participant in client workshops

Your professional qualifications and background should include more of below areas:

You have proven success in:

o Product Owner / Product Manager work within tech and banking

o Planning, executing and managing work across a team and workstream

o Translating business requirements for architecture, design, development, test, release, implementation, and support teams

o Structured analysis techniques to model, refine and communicate requirements

o Requirement elaboration and facilitation of cross-functional conversations and workshops with diverse customer stakeholders

o Delivery lifecycle approaches, both waterfall and agile

o Applying delivery tools (e.g., Jira, ALM) to drive quality

o Payments, or other operation critical or financial services industry experience

Desirable track record in:

• Deep understanding of payments, clearing, and settlement products

• SEPA schemes like SCT, SCT Inst and SDD

• A general understanding of high-performance IT systems, security models, and user authentication models

• Knowledge within ISO 20022

Besides that little twist in your personality that makes you, we are looking for a person that is:

• Strong detail-oriented, organized, and Analytical skills with the ability to get acquainted with complex business systems

• Good at defining and describing business requirements to IT

• Self-motivated drive and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment

• Curious by nature and seek information by own initiative as well as thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment

Besides speaking English, it is a requirement that you speak and writes either Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian fluently.

Traveling should be anticipated.
