Job Title

This role is part of a team providing the systems analysis required to support the development of Commercial products. In this role, you will work collaboratively with agile software development teams to analyse system requirements and deliver high quality features that meet customer expectations.

Applies technical capabilities within own discipline to help develop junior employees

Assist in defining project requirements and estimating efforts to fulfill requirements

Provides input into performance appraisal process for some junior employees or team members

Aid in creating prototype designs for components of applications or projects, and writes basic documentation (such as test plans and scripts)

Identifies appropriate solutions for more complex, less common issues

Assists with analysis of support ticket issues

All About You

Relevant experience on IT projects including requirements gathering and relationship building with business clients

Knowledge of RESTful APIs

Able to lead project teams, collaborate with business partners, vendor/ consulting organizations and peer level professionals from other IT disciplines

Able to mentor/grow less experienced team members

Experienced with system testing and basic debugging techniques

Experience working in Agile software development teams

Experience working in cross-functional and large projects
