Senior Systems Analyst
This role reports into the HR Technology team at Mastercard. The People and Capability Technology Services team is responsible for functional support of HR Systems utilized at Mastercard – with the major focus being Workday. The HR Technology Services supports all aspects of the programs, which include project management, process design, configuration, process engineering, and operational consulting.
Have you ever designed an effective technology based solution to address a business need? Can you facilitate and influence customer interactions to advance implementation and adoption of strategic initiatives?
•Provide technical analysis of product or application hardware and software to ensure that business and functional requirements are met
•Provide technical support to Business Owners during implementation of new products/services
•Provide subject matter expertise for support escalations
•Lead the development of conceptual designs and mock-up screens
•Prioritize and identify cross application/system enhancements
•Determine development impacts to current processing and work with business owners to ensure accuracy of enhancements
•Develop and execute complex test plans
•Perform analysis of system requirements and work closely with business
•Create design considerations that assists team with design changes
•Lead review sessions of technical requirements
•Manage defects and resolution process
