Senior Analyst, US Product Delivery

U.S. Product Delivery leads the deployment of Mastercard products and services to the market and holds direct accountability for the customer experience in the new program launch. This includes dynamic consultation and management of both business and technical facets for product/service delivery and leading both internal and external partners towards successful execution. Focused on Mobile Technologies, this position will partner with internal and external partners to launch emerging technologies. The senior analyst will not only own delivery projects, but will also be responsible for analyzing data across Product Delivery to illustrate trends as well as inform internal stakeholders.
Acts as a project manager and key end-to-end resource lead on small to mid-sized projects
Supports the product delivery process by developing delivery process maps and by completing assigned tasks for the delivery process
Contributes to the delivery of integrated solutions that address customer needs
Supports Product Delivery teams, internal partners and key stakeholders to provide support in a market or region
Researches and delivers solutions for complex problems and responds to inquiries on products and tools for internal and customers
Analyzes data from product delivery projects and reports on performance relative to success
Helps identify customer needs and contributes to the delivery of integrated solutions that address those needs
Develops and maintains strong working relationships, with partners in other business functions in Product and Technology to complete deliver and customer support tasks
Create and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of industry trends

Professional experience in financial services, cards, payments, or related fields desired
