Senior Analyst (Agile Coach)
Our program provides the organization with work management tools the organization need to plan, manage and measures their work. We establish SDLC standard processes and practices to help drive agile efficiency and effectiveness. Leading the agile transformation we coach and mentor programs making the transition, while helping other programs mature their practices.
You will grow into an Agile coach :
Provide coaching to individuals across MasterCard on all aspects of Agile including goals based investment portfolio, story and acceptance criteria writing, Kanban based workflows, test automation, deployment automation, and post release support
Use data to understand the current state of development teams’ Agile transformation and determine the most appropriate next steps in that transformation
Build a community of strong Agile development teams within MasterCard and extend the community throughout the Technology Industry
Knowledge of both SCRUM and KANBAN methodologies
We are looking for someone that has :
Excellent communication related to driving data insights and ability to articulate technical ideas in a relatable way
Must have strong excel, database systems skills so we know they have the potential to truly learn from the team
Financial/ Technology corporate experience is a plus but a very strong interest in pivoting into technology is required
Graduate degree is preferred if you come from a non- tech background
Key success indicator is the candidate likes to acquire a range of skills - for example : start with Excel but then learned Access and maybe started programing on their own
