Position will be responsible for providing user support for mobile devices and systems to include the following:
Administration of Airwatch Mobile Device Management System and Wandera device protection systems. Offer and implement suggestions on improving security on mobile devices while maintaining the overall user experience.
Test new operating systems for mobile devices prior to release; to the general public to ensure apps and security are operational after upgrade.
Onboard new apps into the Workspace One application. Work with service owners and vendors to offer new services to MC employees.
Implement automation and monitoring solutions for the entire mobile ecosystem.
Responsible for user administration, Active Directory and User Groups in mobile systems. Run monthly reporting for application usage and provide dashboards for executive management.
Create training documentation, end-user communications and Intranet articles that communicate effectively to our end users.
On-call rotational support required.
Perform thorough testing after vendor change windows and mobile app updates.
