MATCH Product Analyst - Brand Performance Team

Overview

The Franchise Brand Performance (FBP) team is a group within Mastercard Franchise that engages customers to optimize performance and enhance the strength of our brand and acceptance on the network. FBP is actively engaged in efforts to strengthen the safety of the network and brand by deploying global compliance initiatives to support these objectives. The FBP team is looking for an Analyst to help with operations and enhancements for our MATCH product.

Role

• Work closely with the MATCH Product Manager to maintain and manage the product roadmap, ensuring feature prioritization, product release planning and alignment with strategic objectives

• Update and create product documentation as needed

• Involvement in idea generation for enhancements to MATCH, including concept validation, business case development and planning

• Provide support to sales and customer facing teams with communication and training on product functionality and roadmaps

• Help validate solutions and features to enhance MATCH by using feedback from collaboration exercises with willing customers

• Perform operational tasks to manage daily MATCH activities, including managing the MATCH email box to resolve inquiries from internal and external customers

• Assist with training and support to acquiring customers of existing and new capabilities for MATCH

• Support GRIP performance program as needed

• Be a lead investigator and complete research on any level in a timely manner

• Enjoy leading change and creating efficient processes

• Have experience of interaction with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, through participation in meetings, workshops and events, or operationally with daily task interactions

• Strong business acumen with the ability to visualize and design solutions and value propositions

• Must be able to work independently in developing and mapping out solutions

• Be customer focused, constantly keeping customer needs front of mind when conceptualizing product features

• Be proactive to solve customer inquiries in a timely manner using effective communication skills

• Impeccable writing and presentation skills

• Robust project management skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, handle multiple tasks, consistently meet established deadlines, and deliver exceptional results

• Excellent technical skills including Microsoft Office
