The Dispute Lifecycle team develops new capabilities for MasterCard's Dispute Platform, which serves as a single point where all issuer and acquires come together to mediate their disputed transactions, exposed via our Developer zone and web presence to 3000+ customers.

Role

• Responsible for managing a team that does analysis, design, development, and delivery of software solutions.

• Work with architects and other stakeholder to define requirements for new applications and customizations, adhering to standards, processes, and best practices.

• Mentor other technical resources and assisting in evaluating candidates for new positions.

• Formally supervise, coach, and develop large teams consisting of multiple feature teams.

• Provides strategic leadership related to specific applications and systems, or software-development methodologies

All About You

Essential Knowledge/Experience

• Experience in handling operational issues and driving Technical Resolution Teams to completion.

• Ability to perform detailed impact analysis for both new enhancements and production incidents.

• Experience in all phases of the development lifecycle and in relationship building with business clients.

• Deep knowledge of software development processes including agile processes and test-driven development.

• A wide breadth and depth of technical experience including minor technical skills including SQL, Splunk, and Data Analysis.

• Experience leading design efforts and providing technical leadership to developers.

• Ability to demonstrate process flows/improvements to business and upper management.

• Experience integrating vendor and open-source products into an overall system.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
