Job Title

Manager, Product Management, Enterprise Data Platforms, Ekata

The Manager, Product Management, Enterprise Data Platforms will be responsible for driving the integration of Ekata services and other open banking assets with our Enterprise Data Platforms, as well as ensuring adoption of key related processes to ensure continued compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.

This role is responsible for the design, creation and execution of Mastercard’s My Data platform strategy to allow new data sourced from our open banking channels to be discoverable for data access, corrections, consent, investigations and for future innovation. The person will collaborate closely with Ekata business stakeholders, O&T teams and other business units to leverage enterprise assets and ensure alignment with global and regional go-to-market strategies.

This position must not only understand the relevant open banking, data, and compliance requirements but must also be able to build strong relationships across the organization, understand a range of systems that contain and process the source data and then assist in creating solutions to enable connectivity and availability, while managing risk.

Role

• Work with business stakeholders, O&T team and other business entities to enable onboarding of open banking related platforms and third parties to Enterprise Data Platform services to support data privacy requirements, compliance, and innovation.

• Co-define and execute Enterprise Data Platforms’ adoption and integration strategy for open banking assets.

• Work with business stakeholders to prioritize process and platform enhancements to ensure the data access and correction capabilities required to support open banking are scalable, resilient and flexible to accommodate the evolving regulations and mitigate risks to Mastercard's brand reputation.

• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define and implement Data Platforms integration processes and technology.

• Contribute to the development of enterprise-wide data standards for the collection, use, storage, access, retention, output, reporting, and quality of data at Mastercard.

All About You

• Understand MasterCard’s business, open banking, and data strategy across various business and product development teams and the related technology platforms for both evolving and existing products and services.

• Experience in roles such as Product Management, Product Integration, or Product Operations.

• Demonstrated experience in driving adoption of enterprise platforms or equivalent experience in managing processes relevant to Data Governance, Data Management, Information Security, or Privacy & Compliance.

• A self-starter with a strong passion for analytical thinking and documentation, good attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment.

• Ability to influence internal and external business partners is essential.

• Demonstrated experience improving operations and driving change.

• Ability to embrace technical complexity but deliver simple business processes and outstanding user experiences.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, demonstrated ability of negotiation, project management and the ability to present to a variety of audiences is critical.
