Job Title

Lead Technical Program Manager

Overview

The Corporate Security team is looking for a Lead Strategic Program Manager to drive program initiatives into successful implementations, both on time and on budget. You will partner with the Program Owner and delivery teams to develop strategy, build and maintain a roadmap, and set and adhere to all budgetary needs.

Role

In this role you will:

• Own and Deliver Program Reviews and facilitate Program prioritization

• Maintain High Level Program Risk Summary

• Maintain and Monitor Program Roadmap

• Champion ALM Maintenance & Upkeep for Program

• Track and report on Program Metrics, Budget, and Staffing Plans

All About You

• Knowledge of Corporate Security business processes, roadmap and planning approach as well as our project delivery techniques.

• Knowledge of MasterCard and the payments industry is a bonus.

• Communication Skills – listening, oral and written and interpersonal skills…presenting to leadership

• Organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills.

• Adaptive to Change…must be agile and capable of changing directions and able to wear many hats

• Demonstrate ethics and values to generate high team trust.

• Have an understanding of how Mastercard finances are managed and budgeted.
