The Lead Technical Program Manager will work closely with the Decision Managements Archtecture group. They will help coordinate cross functional efforts, working with the DMP team and teams. Partically working with our BizOps orginaization to coordinate production changes.
Manage each project’s scope and timeline (feature and/ or stories) for Decision Management Architecture group.
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Coach team members and make sure teams are adopting SAFe methodolody
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Clearing obstacles/ blockers for development team
Write draft plans for Program Increment plannings
All About You
Experience in a scrum master role.
Advanced knowledge of project management or software releases
Familiarity with software development, technical terms and general concepts (especially focused on API)
Strong business acumen, with knowledge of MasterCard or the payments industry preferred
Advanced listening, oral, written, and presentation skills
Strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills required with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationship
Demonstrate a high level of initiative and accountability
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
Scrum master certification is a plus
Tools: Rally, Microsoft Project, JIRA
