Job Title

Lead Systems Support Engineer

Lead Multimedia Architect /Engineer. This role will be responsible for responsible for Multimedia/Audio Visual strategic direction, integration, and roadmap for Mastercard. Will also be responsible for project management, installation, 3rd level support, & design of AV systems on a global scale.

Must have Multimedia support and design expertise. Responsibilities and technologies include:

  • Poly video conferencing products, infrastructure and room system design. Poly Group Series, Studio X, and G7500 systems

  • Global infrastructure support

  • Cloud-based Video Content and Streaming; network optimization (Qumu, Zoom Webinar, Teams Live Events, eCDN products and support

  • System management and metrics

  • Implementing automation and monitoring solutions for the entire ecosystem

  • Expert knowledge of Poly (and other CVI) supporting Zoom and Teams

  • Expertise and design and supporting on-site studio equipment

  • Video capture technology/Encoders

  • Enterprise platform experience (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc)

  • Cisco Telepresence

  • Managing internal projects

  • Microsoft Surface Hubs/Teams integration

  • Cloud-based technologies

  • SIP/H.323 dialing

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd level support for integrated audio/visual equipment, video conferencing and webcast events as needed

  • Work with customers to determine requirements for video events.

  • Design and support infrastructure to support webcast events, audio only events and video-on-demand.

  • Provide technical troubleshooting of Cisco Telepresence rooms globally.

  • Coordinate with vendors for installing new video conferencing and audio/visual equipment for office relocations, moves and expansions.

  • Lead and develop Conference Room audio visual standards.

  • Drive Multimedia Roadmaps for 1, 3, and 5 year periods.

  • Mentor and assist junior team members
