Overview:

The Operations, Network and Employee Digital Experience (ONE) team is looking for a Lead - Systems Platform Engineering, to join a team focused on Mastercard partnerships and integrations with industry leading technology organizations, as well as potential acquisition entities.

The ideal candidate will act as an Integration Design Engineer, be passionate about new and emerging technologies, be highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in integrating Corporate and Data Center Networks will be critical to the success of this role.

Responsibilities of this role to include, but not be limited to:

• Finding resilient and reliable solutions to integration challenges with vendors and /or acquired entities, that meet Mastercard's high security and quality standards.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong collaboration skills across disparate technology vendors and business units.

• Resolves chronic complex problems, providing managerial operational support to maintain systems and platforms

• Setting priorities, objectives, and driving deliverables within global technology domains and sub-domains

• Engaging with the broader technical community to anticipate developments in innovation, often evaluating new solutions and recommending future business platform system requirements

• Participating in continuous process improvement initiatives for operational and financial value by leveraging tools and technologies

All about you:

The ideal candidate will possess or be knowledgeable of the below areas of expertise:

• Experience building out or supporting cloud, data center, network, and/or security infrastructures

• Experience working on complex projects that require attention to detail

• Knowledge using project management tools to track milestones and timelines

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting and competing priorities

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, network routing, and telecommunications preferred
