We are looking for an experienced program management professional to join our team and help us build towards the future. Our Program Managers conceptualize, rationalize, and drive multiple simultaneous projects. You own the milestones of your projects, defining your path to success. It is your plan the team will follow to deliver value. In this role, you will use your ability to influence, communicate effectively, and nurture relationships with your team and stakeholders. As our team is driving change, it’s up to us to dive into the organizational capabilities and the company-wide assets that can be leveraged and provide value at scale.

• Demonstrates ability to operate with independence and autonomy
• Demonstrates experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning
• Accountable for delivering several medium to large-sized projects from inception to closure
• Excellent problem solver that takes ownership of dependencies, risks, and issues to drive them to resolution
• Has proven ability to deliver in an ambiguous and complex environment with a keen eye for what delivers the most value
• Takes charge, is goal-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently
• Proven track record of data-driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams
• Can communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity
• Experience in building relationships, partnering with and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization
