Job Title

Director, Project Management, O&T North America (NAM)

The Director, Project Management, O&T North America (NAM), will support the NAM regional lead for Operations & Technology. S/he will support the definition and socialization of technology product roadmaps with regional product and O&T leadership. This role will be a key member of the regional technology leadership team and provide management support, coordination, leadership and support through a variety of important regional initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities include:

Support the regional O&T lead to achieve key objectives for the region

Support the development and alignment of regional technology product roadmaps

Work closely with Regional Product, Global Product, Strategic Program Managers and Development Leads to create transparency into the development status of regional product priorities. Identify areas of disconnect, and drive alignment among the teams to agreed outcomes

Assist in the development of Regional O&T Quarterly Business Reviews to provide on-going engagement with executive stakeholders

Manage €“ in partnership with Business Operations €“ tracking, analysis and process improvement activities related to customer-impacting incidents.

Create and support learning and communications for internal and external stakeholders of Technology innovation, culture of security and operational excellence

Manage the portfolio of projects to be pursued in defined planning periods and provide technical consultancy as needed for business expansion and growth

Support (and as needed help drive) the articulation of the TBM and Total Cost of Ownership discussions/impacts

Coordinating O&T efforts in supporting major sales deals/RFPs

About you:

Demonstrated strong knowledge and experience in payments, the mobile and/or ecommerce market and technologies

Strong Communication and Presentation skills

Experience in the areas of strategy, planning, and project management

Understanding of finance models and planning

Strong analytical/problem solving and planning skills

Experience in operating in a global or matrixed environment
