Director - Commercial Product Management
The Large Market Commercial Products In Control Product Management Team will ensure Mastercard maintains its market leadership position in virtual account solutions
The primary goal of this group is to collaborate with colleagues across the B2B and T&E Commercial Products market segments, and with regional customer management, to ensure Mastercards virtual account solutions meets global market needs
The role will be closely aligned with our technology development team and will focus on new feature enhancements and addressing system issues
Additionally, the role will be responsible for operations management and production support of the Large Market Commercial Products In Control product suite
The role will require significant collaboration & influence across internal Mastercard teams throughout global Commercial Products, regional product management, customer account management, and Operations and Technology.

Partner with key stakeholders to develop the product road map for In Control for Commercial Products and In Control for Business Travel to maximize market penetration
Provide thought leadership on competition, industry trends and product functionality to support issuer adoption of MasterCard In Control commercial product solutions
Work closely with key stakeholders to define and implement segment/category expansion strategies with specific focus on product differentiation
Lead development and implementation of new product features and enhancements
Define Go-to-Market plans jointly with Regional / Country teams
Coordinate and prioritize platform and product investments with key stakeholders
All About You
Demonstrated strong product management principles and development lifecycle experience
Experience working with technology development teams to bring new products to market
B2B and/or T&E payments experience with operational knowledge of accounts payable and the procure to pay process
Ability to work across functional groups and markets to synthesize product requirements and investment priorities into a compelling value propositions for customers
Strong ability to interact with and influence, build consensus across a variety of internal business units and levels of leadership, external partners & clients, and service providers Strong financial analysis and business case modeling acumen
Superior communications, presentation and interpersonal skills including the ability to work with and influence people across a matrix organization at all levels
Strong understanding of product development process including the development of business requirements
Commercial Card industry experience with market insights
Planning and carrying out effective, timely product launches
Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
