Overview

The GCC CX Technology Biz Ops ENABLE team is looking for a BizOps Engineer 1 to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role

• Develop knowledge of process, technology, and skills required to be succesful in their role.

• Participate in daily meetings with and for the team as a representative of the GCC CX Biz Ops team

• Maintain documention on process and procedure for the team site in Confluence and ITSM tools.

• Understand ITSM process and escalation procedures to support escalations and change management.

• The role of business operations is to be the production readiness steward for the platform, by managing, mitigating, or elevating awareness of the business risk of all customer interactions with Mastercard’s technology platforms

• We accomplish this by linking every technology recommendation with a business value, continuously monitoring platform health indicators, and elevating awareness when one of our main objectives is at risk

• Support the program by gathering metrics and running reports, then turning those metrics into meaningful data

• Streamlining and standardizing traditional application specific support activities

• Align Product and Customer Focused priorities with Operational needs

All About You

• Strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Customer focused ambition and service oriented goals.

• Ability to make effective decisions in a fast paced, high energy environment.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze different datastreams and combine them int one data visualization tool

• Have an interest in automation and CI/CD pipelines

• Ability to ensure procedures are well documented

• Learn new methodologies to improve Business Operations.

Experience

• Exposure in analysis and visually representing data

• Exposure with correlating data from various sources and using that to make data driven decisions

• Experience with any of these tools is a plus: Domo, Tableau, Power BI
