The GBSC (Global Business Services Center) is the shared services organization for Mastercard. Consistent with the One LFI model, GBSC is partnering with the Global Compliance group to build a compliance shared services function.

The role of the Associate Analyst, GBSC Compliance Services is a dual role supporting the Compliance Validation team and Regulatory Counsel team with inputting, validating, tracking and reporting on information in the Open Pages tool. The position requires demonstrated proficiency in software application and data entry. Knowledge of IBM Open Pages is a plus. The role reports into the Director, GBSC Compliance Services.

Role

Support the collection, input and reporting of data in the Open Pages tool for Tier 1, 2 and 3 Complaince Risk Areas

Support the collection, input and reporting of data in the Open Pages tool for the Annual Compliance risk assessment process

Interact and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders within LFI and more broadly across Mastercard

All About You

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word

Proficient in use of software applications

Proficency in Open Pages a plus

Exceptional attention to detail, accountable and proactive with the ability to operate with limited oversight and communicate with all levels

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative, organization and tracking skills required

Must be able to work independently
