The Customer Intelligence Data Strategy and Enablement team owns customer interaction data across the globe. This role partners with stakeholders across Global Customer Care, O&T, BizOps, Finance, and others to ensure data is managed in an efficient and compliant manner. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of data sourcing and strategy, this role will support enablement of business users, data scientists, and engineering specialists on project planning and roadmap development. This role has high visibility to the entire Global Customer Care organization and significant opportunity for skill development across data and technology disciplines.
An intern on this team will help to design documentation related to data modeling or data surfacing activities, design visualizations and coordinate reporting/dashboard requirements.
All about You:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program studying Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Intelligence with a graduation date of Fall 2023, Spring 2024, Fall 2024, or Spring 2025
Prior experience to database management
Proficient use of SQL desired
