Managing Consultant, Project Management


Labs as a Service (LaaS) team is looking for an experienced project manager to support our growing team of facilitators, engineers, designers, and videographers. The LaaS team partners with Mastercard Account Management, Sales, and Advisors to support client’s innovation plans and goals. The team also provides customized consulting and project support to our partners and client’s.

• Does building and maintaining new business relationships come naturally?

• Have you managed multiple projects with a variety of deliverables and methodologies?

• Are you a self-starter who can you work independently?


Provide leadership and oversight on various projects of a complex nature. Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones.

Ensure timely and accurate communication with project team and partners throughout the life cycle of the project.

Regularly communicates to senior management regarding the status of project(s).

Effectively manages project issues and risks.

Mentor more junior Project Managers

Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards or plans in support of the business.

Advanced knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the areas of planning and project delivery.

Advanced organizational skills, be able to work on different complex initiatives at the same time.

Advanced written and verbal communication (internal and external). Ability to clearly articulate project status and risks and manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders.

Flexible and with a strong ability to see what needs done, take ownership and act on it without detailed supervision.

Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously.


Advanced proficiently in Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Vision, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project), Skype, Oracle, and Salesforce.

Intermediate experience in managing vendor (or supplier) relationships.

Intermediate experience in leading customer implementations.

Mastercard or Payment industry experience
