All About the Role

Make an Impact as a North American Payments Consultant – Small Business Specialist

• Leverage your experience in Small Business Credit and Debit payments products to provide relevant and value-creating analysis and insights for our clients, to optimize their small business products and services

• Design well-structured, persuasive, and impactful payment strategies, product propositions & operating models and deliver them with strong presence

• Recommend new approaches and solutions based on insights about how our clients manage their small business payment products

• Develop effective working relationships with executive level clients

• Support sales and business development activities including lead generation, sales calls, development of client proposals, pricing recommendations and contract closure.

• Advance Small Business thought leadership through the development of intellectual capital and extraction of insights from client work

All about you:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent required

• Advanced degree or MBA preferred

• Proven experience in the management of Financial Services and/or Payments products to Small Businesses

• Consulting experience at a senior level in a top-rated firm or equivalent in a major financial institution would be a bonus

• Strong analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills, including the proven ability to analyze complex situations, and distil it into concise rational output that includes recommendations based upon core findings.

• Strong personal presence & communication skills – both interpersonal & written

• Proven ability to build effective networks across organizational and functional boundaries

• Excellent client management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proven team player, with proven ability to work with all levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast paced environment
