Analyst, User Experience - UX Designer


We are currently seeking a UX designer to join our Experience Design team. Working with fellow designers, you€™ll design, improve, and develop products and experiences for desktop and mobile devices. As a UX Designer you should have a keen eye for great design with an enthusiasm for taking on challenges and solving customer problems.


Assisting in research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis

Demonstrates and promotes team culture

Work with Design Lead to understand Business Objectives, key performance indicators, and experience goals

Partner with Development and Product teams to ensure alignment and consistency

Design engaging UX interactions for the web and mobile

Creation of user flows and wireframes

All About You

Ability to articulate rationale for design decisions

Experience with common UX design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

A passion for creating compelling, intuitive, and beautiful interfaces

Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

Working knowledge of web and mobile technologies
