Overview
The Open Banking Integrations Engineering team is looking for a Technical Manager to drive our
Seamless deliveries towards business by consistently innovating and problem solving.
The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, technical deliveries, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an ownership kind of mindset.
Role
In this role, the candidate will perform:
• End to end deliveries of projects, Initiatives and operations.
• Manage highly skilled technical operations teams
• Liaise with stakeholders for project/operational deliveries
All About You
Educational Qualification - Graduation from any stream Exp: 8 to 12 years
Tech skills: L2 and L3 technical support background in JavaScript, es6/Typescript and HTML
Good Understanding of ITIL process and Problem solver with good understanding of web concepts like REST, JSON, HTTP, API, JS preferred.
Proper roster planning to manage the day to day operations, manage shifts to provide the 24*7 coverage.
Ability to Manage technical teams and provide support for the leads and team members in day to day incident management activity and good in escalation management
Good experience to handle a 20-25 team members team.
Should be flexible to work in 24*7 Operations
Knowledge of tableau and Salesforce preferred.
Prepare and review all Service Level and Operation Metrics and KPI scorecards for service delivery.
Prepare reports and ensure optimal performance and maintain records of service level agreements for customers.
Strong People Management skills
ITIL Certification preferred
Effective verbal and written communication.
Should have interacted with International Clients
