Overview

Mastercard Advisors, the professional services arm of Mastercard Worldwide, provides payments-focused consulting, marketing, information and risk management services to financial institutions and merchants worldwide.

Team

The Managed Services/Marketing service line within Mastercard Advisors is responsible for delivering marketing consulting capabilities for the advisory firm customer verticals: financial institutions, governments, retailers and e-commerce.

The successful candidate will support the High Growth European Markets business and will be based in our Moscow office.

The successful candidate should have deep knowledge of the payments industry & trends, strong experience in digital marketing, as well as good understanding as consumer insights that will help to design effective results-driven marketing and communication campaigns.

Responsibilities

Campaign management & delivery - plan deliver the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns as well as tracking and measuring results

Channels management and deployment - BTL planning and implementation. Omni-channel planning, development and implementation.

Credit/Debit Cards Lifecycle Management €“ able to initiate ideas and implement marketing initiatives based on best practice across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention

Digital marketing €“ experienced and well-versed in end-to-end digital marketing which includes analytical review of media strategies and plans and working with partners to propose successful results-driven digital marketing strategies. Ability to hone in on trends and insights and propose innovative and strategic digital marketing solutions that drive value and results. Able to influence, drive and deliver the digital marketing agenda internally and with partners across all key marketing strategies and initiatives to achieve key business objectives and strong returns of marketing investments.

Analytics & portfolio management - leveraging, interpreting and analyzing data and insights to plan and implement marketing initiatives.

Marketing support and administration - support and co-ordinate with internal and external parties to process payments and to ensure timely submission for financials through Mastercard€™s core systems

All About You

Strong digital marketing experience and an interest in new technology is a must €“ having designed and managed large campaigns end-to-end.

Credit/Debit card product lifecycle marketing experience is a must. Experience should include: card acquisition, spend, loyalty and brand initiatives

Fluency in English and Russian is required

Able to develop and deliver successful integrated marketing campaigns including digital, direct mail, and in-store channels

Able to explore and understand client€™s needs and opportunities and develop marketing strategies to address these

Experience in working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and agendas

Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills

Experienced in managing creative and media agencies

Analytical and results oriented; with ability to interpret internal and external data and insights to provide effective marketing recommendations and follow through the projects with immaculate, timely and hands-on execution

Comfortable working with advanced analytics colleagues to determine the appropriate date, segmentation and tracking for each campaign

Strong ability to manage multiple time sensitive projects across multiple disciplines and competent in managing projects of scale and with multiple deliverables

Commercially aware and comfortable managing project budgets and preparing project financial forecasts

Resilient and able to adapt to perform efficiently against tight and evolving timelines and client needs €“ must be comfortable working on occasions in ambiguous situations

Ability to work effectively well in a team and independently
