Senior Analyst, Business Development, Digital Payments

Overview:

Mastercard Digital Business Development team, based in our Moscow office, leads Mastercard’s business development in digital and works with the biggest names in tech, ecommerce and financial services to leverage Mastercard’s technological capabilities to solve partner business problems, create new propositions, and ensure seamless, secure and inclusive payments.

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Sales to drive our digital ecommerce product sales in Russia. The ideal candidate is passionate about online payments, customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, has strong analytical and communication skills, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities:

∙ In this customer-facing position, you will partner with digital merchants, PSPs and other companies to identify business opportunities and challenges and deliver solutions for ecommerce

∙ You will dive into financial and payment related data to be grounded in facts in order to provide customer specific recommendations that drive value for partners and Mastercard

∙ You will lead negotiations, create and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders

∙ You will establish day-to-day business relationships and work with partners to ensure alignment on strategy and execution on agreed projects

∙ You will be the expert on ecommerce market and your assigned digital ecom products, as well as be ready to provide insight into ecommerce business, thinking strategically and broadly

∙ You will dive deeply into internal and external data, perform market and product analysis, create dashboards and executive reporting

Experiences:

∙ Fluent english is a must

∙ High education. Tech/IT specialization is a plus

∙ Fast learning, creative, able to understand complicated tech products and propose solutions

∙ Self-organized, flexible to work offline and remotely, in multicultural environment

∙ Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills

∙ A passion and comfort in meeting and negotiating with lots of new people

∙ Possess a blend of analytical capability, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence and able to dive deep into all areas of the business to deliver creative solutions to unstructured problems

∙ Enjoy collaborating with a team while working independently towards a goal

∙ Moderate professional experience in digital financial services, cards, ecom payments or another related field, experience with Masterpass and/or tokenization products is a strong advantage

Advanced data analysis skills, deep knowledge of excel pivots, OLAP cubes
