The MasterCard Data & Services global product team is seeking an accomplished Product Senior Specialist to lead the evolution of its Mastercard Market Trends product.

Mastercard Market Trends is at the heart of a business intelligence eco-system built on a universe of market data and payment insights. It helps customers across the globe make smarter decisions, stay competitive and embrace new trends. Our Product Managers are listening to our customers and driving new innovations in self-service market insights.

We are currently on a transformation journey to further evolve our platform, integrating it with all the others business intelligence platforms in a seamless customer experience, as part of one program, and this is a great opportunity to be part of a high-growth, diverse, agile and innovative team.

In this position, you will:

• Partner with Market Trends team & stakeholders to identify business opportunities, solve problems, and deliver solutions mostly targeting internal users

• Support internal newsletter operation & CRM

• Build & establish partnerships with internal stakeholders that can broadcast Market Trends Engines, i.e. HR channels, B2B Marketing, Internal Comms, Sales Excellence

• Support delivery global Mastercard Market Trends Engines events strategy & execution

• Implement member get member campaigns ,i.e. user nomination Qualtrics

• Support partnership with insights team to build customer prioritization strategy, i.e. eligible vs. active

• Create, manage & update internal facing communication materials

• Help design & deliver global Mastercard Market Trends Engines webinar strategy & execution

• Present Market Trends Engines to internal stakeholders

• Work with regional & local divisions to implement work-streams

• Track activities with metrics to define impact & learnings

• Team player & confortable in working with different groups of people and cultures

• Confortable with fast paced eviroment/ start-up like mentality

• Proactive on problem-solving and delivery

• Have some experience in Marketing & Communications

• Interested in innovation and seek new technolgy to simplify work and increase results, e.g. Automations,

• Creative and passionate about contribuitioning to projects

• Be a strong/confident writer and speaker, able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders, internal & external, senior or junior

• Confortable with differnet techlogy & softwares

• Able to define success metrics and track results agains them

• Able to budget, track expenses, and meet forecasts

• Available to travel to execute work, e.g. events
