Principal, Personalization Sales Lead

Role

The Principal, Personalization Sales Lead is a key role in the Regional Business Development team, responsible for leading sales and business development of the newly acquired Dynamic Yield (DY).

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales in the Financial Institutions segment and other synergies, by consistently innovating, problem solving, and partnering across business lines.

The role is responsible for identifying business opportunities, prioritizing those opportunities, driving sales, and delivering revenue and profitability from DY platform and other synergy solutions for D&S and its customers.

This role will be also responsible to set up the regional go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and coordination, tracking against identified revenue synergies for new acquisitions, as well as management of customer relationships in collaboration with the other sales business lines.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Realize revenues and cost synergies potentials identified for the FI segment / synergies in the Region

• Identify new and existing customer segments to broaden the reach of DY solutions

• Adapt the go-to-market plan for the region

• Provide product / solution expertise to assist in crafting customer value propositions working with Marketing and Sales Teams

• Coordinate, prioritize, and support customer-facing discussions with Mastercard customer-facing teams from recent acquisitions

  1. Track the deal performance of the acquisition to brief management and integration executive on all tasks as they relate to integration milestones

• Track revenues synergies within FI segment

• Manage the sales pipeline

3) Develop and manage the framework for partner relationships in alignment with the FI segment strategy

• Evaluate possible 1tomany sales for DY, including agreement with aggregators / resellers

4) Participate in the overall value proposition design for FI in the region, including

• Help to identifying the customer needs in the FI segment in the region

• Define buyer personas in the region and used cases to be addressed to each of those

• Collect customer feedback to enable tuning of the solution

5) Build and lead virtual high performing, motivated and diverse teams that cut across all of the D&S business lines and Mastercard to fully bundle and integrate DY proposition

Required Skills and Experience

• Experienced people leader with ability to lead high performing teams

• Experience in business development and customer facing role

• A successful influencer in matrixed and distributed (global/regional/market) organizations

• Expertise of Mastercard data and platforms
