Job Description Summary

Overview

Market Delivery Mexico & Central america head leads the deployment of MasterCard products and services to the markets and holds direct accountability for the customer experience and readiness assessments in new program launch. This role will lead the divisional market Delivery team. It will include dynamic consultation and management of all facets of the product/service deployment (both business and technical) and leading both internal and external partners towards successful execution. The role requires a well-grounded thought leader who understands MA customers, its products and services and has a pulse on the competitive landscape.

Role:

Lead Market delivery in defining and executing implementation strategy for products and services for MA customers. Lead the Product Delivery team through successful implementation of products and services and represent delivery in product management and development strategies.

Create close partnerships across the organization – with in-market Delivery teams, Operations, Customer Implementation service, Global Product Integration, Product and Account management, Advisors, to ensure successful delivery of product and services to our customers.

• Lead the Customer Delivery voice in the PME process, in partnership with stakeholders from the products organization

• Lead the LAC Academy team to ensure the sustain growth of the academy services across all divisions (focusing on new segments/reach & new curriculum topics).

• Understand the prevailing competitive environment, deliver strategies and customer delivery journey maps and challenge the status quo to ensure MA continues to delivery efficiently and scale our products and services.

• Creating a culture of empowerment, thoughtful risk taking, and demonstrates executive presence both internally and externally are key requirements of this role.

-Ability to operate and influence at senior management level within Mastercard and with its customers – both financial institutions and acceptance partners

-Experience in product and delivery strategy and an in depth understanding of the financial services industry.

-Experience with digital products and solutions and ability to drive a cohesive delivery strategy integrating digital solutions with other Mastercard core products and services

-Results driven, solution – centered and customer focused with strong business acumen.

-Strong general management experience and ability to manage an ambiguous delivery environment.

-Presence within industry to represent Mastercard at various speaking engagements

-Strong sense of urgency who encourages openness, transparency and thoughtful risk taking. Travel will be required.
