Technical Project Manager - Level 6 Manager/Lead
Lead - Technology Program Management
O&T Market Enablement plays a key role in Localization initiatives around the world. This position will be responsible for leading highly visible projects to meet market and regulatory needs.
Our Technical Program Managers (TPM) conceptualize, rationalize, and drive multiple simultaneous projects to deliver engineering work across the portfolio in our scrum execution model, this position will support local DDR application, new development required by the market and support local initiatives to work with our internal development force in MC
Takes a lead position in complex initiatives of strategic importance (e.g., cross-functional/ cross geographies) relating to the newly launched Mexico Mastercard Clearing House.
Develops compliance methodologies, including the creation of project metrics and charters, and risk mitigation and communication strategies. Establishes function metrics for measuring and tracking customer satisfaction in Mexico largely relating to the new Mexico Switch Business.
Acts as trusted business partner and project management advisor for project managers, consulting on escalations and estbalishing scrum methodologies and best practices.
This position is required to support all requirements identified for the local market in Mexico related to solutions development, will need to identify, design, support development and more important o identify resources around the company that can help and provide a required solution in Mexico
In specific relation to the domestic dispute resolution platform where this newly developed solution for Mexico will continue growing in the upcoming years.
Either we continue using an external vendor or support the solution internally in Master card.
As a key additional role is to identify opportunities and requirements for the local market in Mexico, so will participate on different industry forums to identify new requirements that may impact our processes, but as well to be able to propose changes that may enhance local processing in Mexico
All About You:
This position requires to have an analytic person with the capacity to interact and communicate at different levels in the industry.
Previous experience as a Technical Project Manager is mandatory.
Agile/Scrum knowledge is required too.
Knowledge of the local market is a plus, in specific relation to the local dispute management process.
Have a good understanding of system development cycles, change control, Intake of new requirements and translating to technical solutions and process automatization.
Have an excellent interrelation skills, easy to relate to different teams, team players, understand new capabilities for software development and be able to communicate with technical and end-users to bridge the requirement with the technical solutions.
Previous experience in the financial services sector or IT/Technology companies is necessary.
