Job Description Summary

Project Manager who is above average among competitors in experience and knowledge in leadership, technical project management, strategic and business management, creating a positive influence to meet the needs of projects and stakeholders. Be able to maintain transparency through good communication management, encompassing your entire sphere of interaction with related areas and stakeholders. Ultimately, as a Project, you will develop and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams, instilling in them a clear vision and passionate drive. You will play a leadership role in fulfilling the vision and driving the implementation of our products.

In this role you:

● Facilitate the development of projects by making use of the frameworks that the management area in Arcus deals with (Scrum).

● Provide guidance and direction to the team by employing leadership, planning, coordination and effective communication to achieve objectives

● Provide a balance in the project taking care of the scope, quality in its execution, resource management, monitoring and updating the schedule.

● Identify risks in a timely manner and a strategic solution to mitigate them.

● Communicate and report transparency and status of projects through reporting showing compliance with KPIs, metrics and project trends.

● Facilitate and ensure the team is committed to key Agile practices and facilitate Scrum events including refinement / preparation / planning, estimation, review / demo and feedback.

● Will work with 2 or more agile squads and review and maintain JIRA & Confluence badge entry.

● Ownership and accountability for establishing agile values, methods, principles and practices for project and product delivery.

● Conflict Resolution.

● Motivate, train, coach and nurture team interests to establish positive relationships, based on trust and openness for goal accomplishment and conflict resolution

● Create self-managing teams

● Ensure understanding of the requirements of a solution by project stakeholders and indirect stakeholders.

What will you bring:

● A positive, results-oriented attitude and openness to learning.

● Excellent communication skills and experience on and off teams.

● Minimum 1 year of experience training software development teams

● Communicate effectively in Spanish (both verbal and written)

● Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, continuous improvement, empowerment, transparency and servant leadership.

● Passion and commitment to quality and specific objectives.

● Basic IT and software development skills. Soft skills are more important for this role

● Openness to new ideas and desire to develop them together.

● Strong collaborative problem solver

● Sense of urgency in delivering objectives and requirements.

● High negotiation and convincing power

● Decision making under pressure with the best results

Nice to have:

● Verifiable certifications in project management (Scrum, Kanban, Agile escalation, PMI, CMMI).

● Communicate effectively in English (both verbal and written).

● Experience in financial services payment and apis implementation projects.
