Job Title



Aligns talent acquisition strategies with the Mastercard€™s talent agenda

Accountable for designing, planning and coordinating talent acquisition efforts; ensures the talent acquisition programs are scalable to support local, regional and global activities

Acts as consultants to the business on a wide variety of talent acquisition strategies, programs and processes

These include talent planning, recruiting, assessment, candidate sourcing, market research and employment branding


Collaborates cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g. business leaders) and external talent acquisition partners to execute and tailor talent acquisition branding and advertising strategies to align with business and sub-division demands

Conducts initial screening of potential hires, identifies key candidates for roles, and oversees the assessment and selection of top candidates

Serves as the point of contact for internal and external candidates, initial hires, business groups and divisions

Collaborates and interfaces with Communications to develop tailored strategic marketing materials for external candidates, including social media campaigns, blogs, features, etc.

Responsible for upholding designated processes and systems

Monitors effectiveness metrics to identify improvements to talent acquisition strategies (time-to-fill, cost per hire, diversity, candidate pipeline quality, and applicant tracking system functionality)

For University Talent Acquisition:

Serves as the point of contact for potential university candidates, initial university hires, university contacts, and internal business groups and divisions

Oversees the screening, assessment and selection of top university candidates

Collaborates and interfaces with Communications to develop university branding and marketing strategies to address talent needs and the competitive talent environment

Monitors university-hire effectiveness metrics to identify improvements to university talent acquisition strategies (e.g., Diversity, university candidate pipeline quality, university talent acquisition performance, university branding and marketing effectiveness)

Develops sourcing strategies through detailed market research and data mining, using resources such as a personal network, CRM, or social media pertaining to prospective candidates


Experience implementing talent acquisition programs/processes including candidate screening, assessment and selection in a fast-paced, high volume and matrixed environment

Proven track record delivering hiring results that meet business needs and expectations

Experience developing sourcing, marketing and branding strategies to support specific talent acquisition objectives

Experience engaging with key stakeholders to understand and address the business and talent acquisition needs

Gains exposure to leveraging data for insights around program design, implementation tactics and branding strategies

Manages day-to-day external relationships (i.e. vendors, agencies)

Exposure to contract management
