Director, Consumer Marketing


The purpose of this position is to deliver relevant communication of MasterCard's value proposition through our partner's channels.

Build strong relationship with partner to maximize MKT efforts.


Generate strategic relationships with our partners in order to ensure relevant communication of MasterCard's Value Proposition

Develop, Implement and Measure Impact of Strategic Marketing Communication Plans. Ensure every activity has a direct link to MasterCard's business objectives. Follow up on design and implementation of the communication strategies. Measure the impact in both consumer reach and business growth.

Manage A&M budget administration across all marketing and comms activities on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Support internal administrative and compliance procedures (contracts, PR, POs, Legal, etc)

Manage relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with other areas and with strategic business objectives.

Support the Customer Marketing Director on evaluating and implementing MasterCard programs and communication through issuers and partner€™s media. Aligned to the Mastercard Mkt plan and objectives and fully integrated with the Banks priorities and programs

Follow up and control administrative process, such as forecast control, contract procedures and compliance, all related with MasterCard Customer Marketing activities and programs

Follow up and coordinate design and communications agencies, including print and digital material production and coordination with agencies

Support with high efficiency standards the ejection of all programs and the recourses related to them as planed

Contribute to coordinate the relationship among MasterCard and strategic partners related with Travel and Sponsorships

Coordinate internally with other MasterCard areas to ensure fully alignment with areas country priorities and better support the business growth and opportunities identification on the market

Daily follow up of complex projects, and expense control compliance (contracts, PR, POS, legal, etc)

Support Customer Marketing and Sponsorships with the develop of Regional and Local Reports, and Presentation for our internal and external customers

Develop and implement promotional programs and internal sales contest together with our Customers

All About You

Bachelor in Marketing is required

Experience as marketing, communications or sales executive.

Experience on media and BTL programs develop and management

Experience in working with Media and advertising agencies as well as in developing market research and BTL campaigns, coordinating multifunctional and multi-cultural teams.

Excellent communication skills and written and oral skills

Excellent team player and customer oriented.
