Manager - Managed Services


The Managed Services team within Mastercard Advisors provides clients with marketing consulting and delivery support.

This role sits within the Asia Pacific Managed Services team and specifically support Australian and new Zealand based clients.

Lead the digital marketing agenda for Managed Services in Australia New Zealand

Consult and deliver on acquisition and lifecycle campaigns for clients

End to end project management of client engagements

Are you driven to stay abreast of current digital marketing trends? Are you passionate about data driven marketing? Can you simultaneously lead and deliver on projects?


Provide marketing consultancy to clients by reviewing, analysing and presenting clear, strategic recommendations of result-driven marketing solutions.

Develop customer acquisition strategies, including recommending media plans, that may involve pay for performance constructs

Deliver communication frameworks and execution of lifecycle marketing across credit, debit and pre-paid cards.

Ensure all marketing initiatives have a digital first approach, leveraging current digital marketing trends

Manage all projects within salesforce to budget and margin.

All About You

Well versed in the payments and financial services industry in Australia and New Zealand

Extensive experience in acquisition and lifecycle marketing for credit, debit and/or pre-paid cards

Deep knowledge of digital and data driven marketing

Able to critique media planning and understand results for optimisation

Strong project management skills and ability to work autonomously

Bachelor degree qualified, with post graduate qualifications in direct, data or digital marketing

Flexible to travel as needed, no more than 20% of time
