Technical Project Manager

Overview

Become part of the product marketing team for Mastercard/CipherTrace's cutting edge Blockchain Analytics & Crypto Intelligence software for anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Transaction (KYT) & Know Your Customer (KYC). CipherTrace’s software protects financial institutions, governments, and Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) from virtual asset laundering risks, fraud, ransomware and crypto-related threats.

The CipherTrace acquisition has provided Mastercard with assets that form an essential part of Mastercard’s digital asset strategy to:

• Enable trust, compliance & security-by-design across all our rails

• Enable our customers to participate in the growth potential of the Cryptocurrency market

• Identify Payment Flows to and from Virtual Asset Service Providers and reveal risks associated with those payment flows

• Expand Mastercard’s reach by providing direct relationships to Central Banks, Tax Agencies, Country Regulators, Law Enforcement, Payment Processors etc while deepening relationships with issuers and acquirers across sectors and geographies

Role

Leads complex initiatives and projects including but not limited to:

o CipherTrace’s technological integration into the Mastercard infrastructure

o CipherTrace’s big data and dev ops delivery projects

o Respond to external security audits and migrate the effort to Mastercard systems

Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules, ensuring methodology compliance

Manage complex resolutions, and help develop solutions to complex problems

Regularly communicate to senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables, and interact with internal stakeholders to set and manage expectations

Consults on new products, processes, standards or plans in support of the business.

Act as the Scrum master for cloud infrastructure and data projects

All About You

• Experience working in cross-functional and large projects

• Well versed with challenges in working remotely with global teams

• Experience as business relationship manager responsible for day-to-day project management

• Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to key stakeholders.

• Demonstrated success working in a fast paced and dynamic environment

• Ability to embrace complexity, but deliver/articulate simplicity.

• In depth experience in fintech, crypto and blockchain, a plus.
