The NPP Product Management team is looking for a Senior Specialist, Product Management. As a key part of the Product Management team, this position is responsible for supporting the development and build of core BPS (Bulk Payment Service) product so that the product can be launched in various markets and enable current and new use cases e.g. Request to Pay. Additionally, the Senior Specialist will also support the current customer in-flight build and delivery. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses a strategic mindset. They will be primarily responsible for the development, delivery and, management of the BPS product which is part of the Reat-ime Payments Infrastructure suite.
Solicit input from customer teams, customers, and third parties regarding the development of new solutions and possible enhancements of product offering.
Participate in bringing solutions to market.
Ensure that core product documents are up-to-date and aligned with other product sets.
Liaise and align regularly with other product managers and cross-functional teams.
Become an SME of the product while slowly gaining product knowledge.
Believe in the product and champion the product at various forums e.g. customer meetings where possible.
Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to deliver business and technical requirements and make certain that the product development and management are aligned with business objectives.
Manage stakeholders and raise any risks and issues as appropriately.
Involve in idea generation for enhancements to our products, including concept validation, business case development, and planning.
