Job Title

Senior Analyst, Account Management

Work with account management teams to ensure clients recieive the highest standards of service

Own specific end-client relationships and the regular delivery of reporting as well as query handling

Prepare presentations for management on a variety of topics

Ensure all management reporting is prepared and delivered in a timely manner both internally and externally

Partner with key internal functions, including global products and solutions to ensure customer feedback and requirements are regularly communicated to allow correct prioritization of the roadmap

Undertake analysis, research and business planning by market and segment

Assist in driving customer solutions and achieving mutual goals through leveraging cross functional project teams, systems and processes in order to prioritize and proactively deal with customer requirements.

Leverage all MasterCard brand sponsorship properties and product management resources to deliver exceptional customer value.
