Job Title

Manager, Mastercard Installments GTM

The Mastercard Installments team creates new payment experiences for consumers by enabling Issuers and merchants with the capability to offer Installment loans to consumers.


We are looking for an experienced PMO lead to support GTM execution of Mastercard Installments in partnership with GTM leads. This individual would be responsible for the ensuring execution progress across each of our dedicated markets, package learnings and document execution processes. The candidate will work with a cross-functional team and provide periodic updates to key stakeholders in the organization.

In your role you will:

• Partner with the GTM Leads to capture progress & ensure adherence to execution timelines

• Package GTM processes and ensure a consistent scalable approach execution across markets

• Identify process improvement

• Track program risks and escalate to senior leadership as required

• Partner with cross-functional team

• Thrive in ambiguity

All about you:

• Proven background in project management required

• Proven track record in process design & documentation

• Able to lead a cross-functional team of peers

• Obsess on timelines and escalations where necessary

• Scaled Agile program management would be a benefit

• Communication and negotiation skills

• Decisive and self motivated.
