Manager, Excellence - Strategy, Excellence & Operations ("IMK Co-Presidents" Office)

Manager, Excellence will work with the Excellence function in the SEO Team to drive enterprise wide transformational change across the IMK business. As part of the Excellence team the analyst will have opportunity to lead and support across key initiatives

Ongoing management on the health of IMK including proactive and reactive transformational projects

Leadership meeting prep including quarterly operating reviews (QoR) with CEO

Enterprise-wide projects that touch in year priorities, i.e. Evolution, New Flows etc.

The Manager position comes with exposure to IMK strategic and transformational priorities, access to senior leaders and a wide range of cross regional and cross functional stakeholders – i.e. finance, P&C, CD etc.

The role provides and opportunity to develop communication, leadership and project management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support key strategic priorities, in addition to IMK Core Objectives for IMK and the tracking and management of their transformation plans

Lead and support key transformation projects and initiatives identified by IMK Co-Presidents or projects that cross multiple regions

Work closely with the Operations and Strategy function to monitor and manage ongoing tracking requirements

Support all aspects of projects including the project management, governance and oversight (i.e. scope, risks, forecasts, timelines)

Synthesize clear takeaways from key information into clear takeaways and recommendations

Partner with cross functional stakeholders to achieve IMK goals

Lead and support QoR, LT, and planning meetings including gathering data updates, tracking, and developing executive presentations

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record; Advanced degree or MBA is preferred   

Business management or consulting experience in a reputed company 

Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions 

Ideally need expertise in financial services and payments 

Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy, business development and project management 

Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills 

Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment 

Initiative taker, eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others

Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization 

Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively 

Fluency in English is a must
