Job Title

LS Products and Platforms, Regional Offers Architect for Europe/MEA


Become a product expert on the Personalized Card Linked Offers (PCLO), Mastercard Traveler Rewards (MTR), and Enterprise Offer Platform (EOP) products.

Key interface between the Global P&P team and regional stakeholders across the Europe and MEA regions. Responsible for representing Offers platforms/products in the focus regions to ensure better communication of platform capabilities, cross-pollination of product use cases/case studies, and understanding of ongoing platform/product upgrades.

Identify and develop commercial opportunities to help enter and expand Offers product footprint (especially PCLO and MTR) in focus markets. Collaborate with regional GTM teams to define and refine go-to-market plans to maximize scale and strategic/financial impact.

Research, identify and engage with potential customers and partners for PCLO and MTR across all focus markets.

Effectively monitor competitor activity and market developments.

Identify customer/partner needs and evolving requirements and serve as a key facilitator of market feedback throughout the Global P&P team to optimize product strategy.

Work closely with the regional Loyalty Solutions teams, especially Merchant Loyalty, to inform/influence the regional GTM strategy and execution.

Help to define key regional KPI metrics and track delivery against those metrics.

Perform training and best-practices knowledge transfer to assist in the successful development of the Offers business across the regions

All About You

Knowledge of offers, rewards, marketing, and/or loyalty platforms

Experience working with financial institutions and/or with performance-based marketers

Strong leadership skills and abilities

Balance between execution ability (get things done) and creative ability (coming up with the right solution)

Strong skills in critical thinking, problem solving, and creating effective product/service solutions

Team player with excellent communication skills both oral and written

Combination of technical competence, business skills and a consumer marketing mindset

Bachelors degree, technical background preferred

Experience working with product and/or engineering teams a plus

Experience working in multiple geographic markets with an understanding of market entry and expansion considerations

The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while being flexible and able to handle rapidly-changing scenarios; someone who sees €˜ambiguity€™ as an opportunity rather than a hurdle.
